Research Focus

Victoria leads the organization that serves Customer Experience professionals at Forrester. Her team provides research, consulting, peer networking, and other services to Customer Experience professionals, helping them improve the quality of customer interactions with their companies.

Previous Work Experience

In her previous role at Forrester, Victoria led the Forrester Leadership Boards for marketing and strategy professionals. The Forrester Leadership Boards are peer networking programs for executives seeking to maximize the value they receive from Forrester. Members have access to an exclusive network of peers, receive proprietary Forrester research, and benefit from customized advisory support.

Prior to this role, Victoria led the consulting practice for Forrester's marketing and strategy clients. She and her team helped executives answer strategic questions by conducting research-based consulting projects that leveraged Forrester's extensive intellectual capital. These projects helped clients improve their Web sites, evaluate interactive marketing tactics, and develop new online strategies.

Before joining Forrester, Victoria spent eight years with A.T. Kearney, an international management consulting firm, where she led cross-functional teams responsible for developing market entry and business development strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Her clients included companies such as Cisco Systems, FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, and Microsoft.

Victoria was previously a management consultant at Cannon Associates, where she helped US and European companies expand into emerging markets, such as Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Education

Victoria holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in foreign service from Georgetown University. She earned an undergraduate degree in international relations from Tufts University.
