Research Focus

Zia serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy professionals and specializes in issues of Web globalization with a focus on both B2C and B2B eBusiness. Previous Work Experience

Zia joined Forrester through the JupiterResearch acquisition. She joined Jupiter in 1998 and later led both the consumer access and interactive marketing and media practices. Prior to Jupiter, Zia worked as a consultant at Lochridge & Company, a spinoff of the Boston Consulting Group. In her role at Lochridge, she helped technology companies define and execute on market entry strategies in Europe and Asia. She is frequently quoted in leading journals and has spoken at numerous events, including most recently Shop.org, ad:tech, Localization World, and eTail.

Education

Zia earned an AB from Dartmouth College and an MALD from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
