Who should attend:
Description:
Design personas are user archetypes used to encapsulate individuals' attitudes, goals and behaviors. As a tool, personas are crafted to create empathy by stakeholders in the design process, create a shared vision of the user, and allow decision-making to focus around the needs of users as opposed to the needs of the stakeholders. But personas have come under a lot of fire recently because they are advocated as the solution to so many problems. Many see them as an unrealistic representation of complicated users and processes. In this teleconference we talk about what makes a good persona and real techniques companies are using to make their persona efforts successful.
