Victoria leads Forrester's global Consulting Practice, which provides research-based consulting services that help clients make critical decisions about how to leverage technology to solve specific business challenges. Her organization helps clients transform their marketing strategies, move to cloud services, and create mobile workforces.
In her previous role at Forrester, Victoria led the Customer Experience practice, which provides research, consulting, and other services to Customer Experience clients, helping them improve the quality of customer interactions with their companies.
Prior to this role, Victoria led the consulting practice for Forrester's marketing and strategy clients. She and her team helped executives answer strategic questions by conducting research-based consulting projects that leveraged Forrester's extensive intellectual capital. These projects helped clients improve their websites, evaluate interactive marketing tactics, and develop new online strategies.
Before joining Forrester, Victoria spent eight years with A.T. Kearney, an international management consulting firm, where she led cross-functional teams responsible for developing business development strategies and leading operational improvement initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Her clients included Cisco Systems, FedEx, Sprint, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Microsoft.
Victoria was previously a management consultant at Cannon Associates, where she helped North American and European companies expand into Eastern Europe, Russia, and other emerging markets.
Victoria holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in foreign service from Georgetown University. She earned an undergraduate degree in international relations from Tufts University.
