Alicia leads Forrester's consulting team serving North American strategy clients. Her team focuses on helping IT leaders deliver effective technology strategies that win, serve, and retain customers. This includes identifying new technology management strategies; developing a business technology agenda that supports both customer obsession and business objectives; architecting the future enterprise to support business transformation; and identifying key technology investments to support customer experience. Additional focus areas include growth, leadership, change management, future operational and organizational models, and new technologies and business models.

Previous Work Experience

For more than 20 years, Alicia has worked with leading companies to develop and implement growth strategies. She brings expertise in data center and cloud management, service management, and automation, as well as an in-depth knowledge of infrastructure and operations technologies and systems and outsourcing. Her prime focus is helping organizations transform their operating models in support of digital transformation. Alicia started her consulting career at Keane Consulting Group, focusing on business process re-engineering and optimization. At Cognizant Technology Solutions, she led teams in service management platform development, process management, DevOps, strategic alliances, and strategy and marketing.

Education

Alicia holds an MBA in organizational studies and consulting from Boston College and a B.S. in MIS and marketing from the State University of New York at Albany.
