Amanda joined Forrester in 2018 and brings years of program management experience to the CX Index team. Prior to joining Forrester, she managed teams working to develop unique brand identities through strategic marketplace positioning and new product pipeline development for Fortune 500-level companies in both the retail and CPG sectors.

Amanda received her B.A. in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
