Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Amanda worked as a part of IBM’s Global Business Services consulting group. She has had experience with business process design, requirements gathering, user experience strategy, and product development. Amanda has worked with clients and internal teams to design and refine processes for operational efficiency and to generate future-state visions addressing business opportunities for elevated customer experiences.

Education

Amanda graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in decision science and psychology.
