Anjali is a senior analyst serving Application Development & Delivery (AD&D) Professionals. Her research focuses on digital experience delivery, primarily focusing on digital asset management (DAM), personalization solutions, site search, and digital experience service providers. Anjali helps Forrester clients implement these technology solutions and technology strategies in order to support the management and optimization of customer experience.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to her current role as a senior analyst, Anjali was a researcher on the AD&D team. In that role, she led Forrester's DAM coverage and contributed to research in the digital experience delivery, customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI) spaces. She previously worked as senior research associate on Forrester's Content & Collaboration team. In that role, she interviewed hundreds of IT professionals and technology vendors while conducting primary and secondary research for research reports and consulting engagements. Before joining Forrester, Anjali served as a research coordinator at UMass Medical School, with a background in scientific research and quantitative analysis.
Anjali has a B.A. in psychology from Vassar College.
