As a data consultant on Forrester’s custom data insights team, Anna employs primary research data to address the opportunities and challenges that marketing and business technology leaders face. She works with both custom survey data as well as syndicated market research from Forrester's Consumer and Business Technographics® products. Technographics focuses on technology’s impact on consumer and business trends and demands by utilizing data collection in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

In her current role, Anna uses her expertise in data analysis and visualization to deliver strategic insights to clients through the thoughtful and actionable application of custom and syndicated data.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to her role as a data consultant, Anna was a senior research associate on the chief marketing officer research team. During this time, she researched brand strategy and measurement, technology adoption, and Forrester’s operating model for customer obsession.

Education

Anna holds a B.S. in brain and cognitive sciences and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Rochester.
