Prior to leading the Market Impact practice, April was a veteran consultant serving Forrester's technology provider clients, with more than seven years’ experience helping product and marketing leaders solve content marketing and go-to-market strategy challenges through primary research-fueled consulting engagements. April has also been a contributor to Forrester's published research related to B2B and B2C technology adoption and has additional background working with both AR and tech marketers through multiple roles in Forrester's Client Services group.

April holds a B.S. in public relations, magna cum laude, from the Boston University School of Communications.
