To help digital banking teams improve their online banking services, Forrester used its Digital Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to assess and score the secure websites of five banks in India across 51 criteria. This report outlines our findings as well as the insights and best practices our research uncovered.

    ICICI Bank And DBS digibank Offer Customers The Best Mobile Banking Functionalities

    We used our Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate the mobile banking offerings of six retail banks in India on 40 criteria. While most of the banks in the review provide a variety of transactional features for a range of devices, ICICI Bank provides the most comprehensive set, while DBS digibank pulls ahead on account/money management and service features. This report helps eBusiness professionals benchmark their own mobile banking capabilities, identify good practices, and develop improvements to their mobile banking services.
