Auto And Home Insurers: Average CX Score Is Up

For the fourth year in a row, USAA was the top-ranked auto and home insurance brand for effective, easy, and emotionally positive CX. The biggest rise in the industry, American Family, jumped 11 spots to fourth place — largely due to Progressive falling seven spots in the rankings. Additionally, Erie Insurance moved up to second place due to an improvement in its score but also because many of last year’s leaders declined.
