    Avi is a Sales Enablement Consultant with global experience partnering with leaders in sales, marketing, operations, and talent management functions inside Fortune 1000 companies who have decided to focus on transforming their Selling Systems. As a member of the GP Strategies’ Sales Enablement practice, Avi helps sales organizations shift the performance of their customer-facing, revenue generating employees who are required to communicate value to customers in new ways. Prior to joining GP Strategies, Avi worked for Gallup as a Senior Consultant helping business leaders architect and execute new selling strategies by providing data-based insights into the reality of their customers’ buying behaviors. For the preceding 3 years, Avi played professional baseball with the Florida Marlins organization in the Florida State, South Atlantic, New York Penn, and Gulf Coast Leagues. In addition to his current consulting work, Avi provides thought leadership on the nature of the changing landscape for sales professionals; he speaks and writes from a blend of personal experience, research-based theory, practical application, and a relentless drive for helping his customers succeed.
