Babs Ryan is a vice president and director of consumer and retail consulting. Previous Work Experience

Prior to Forrester, Babs was principal at global agile leader ThoughtWorks; director at PwC Customer Impact Consulting; and managing director of a marketing agency acquired by Young & Rubicam. She was head of product development, research, and loyalty for GE Capital’s largest division and headed several P&L divisions at Citibank UK. Babs was CMO for Kawasaki Motors UK, where she achieved 65% national 500cc+ market share. She founded and led research, analysis, and innovation agency Sparks Worldwide for 11 years.

Education

Babs holds an MBA in international business from ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management. She mentors Middle Eastern women entrepreneurs through the Business Development Center of Jordan. She is a PSIA-certified ski instructor.
