Ben joined the Forrester team from Compliance Process Partners, where he worked as an ITSM consultant for two clients: TJX and Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. At TJX, Ben worked as an enterprise change manager, where he designed and implemented a system-decommissioning process. As an ITSM systems administrator at Ironwood, he helped design, implement, and support ITIL-based request and incident management processes into BMC's Footprints tool. Ben also worked as a marketing consultant at Avaya and as a web design and eCommerce consultant at the Windham Foundation.

Education

Ben has a BBA from UMass-Amherst's Isenberg School of Management and holds an ITIL Foundations certificate.
