Ben worked as an IT service management (ITSM) consultant for Service Catalyst, helping clients implement ITSM programs. He also worked as an enterprise change manager for TJX Companies and as an IT systems administrator for Ironwood Pharmaceuticals.

Education

Ben received an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2012.​ He holds a bachelor's of business administration degree in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
