    Brian Goonan has over sixteen years of market and customer strategy; sales transformation; sales force excellence and customer experience design for global enterprises in industries such as automotive, technology, industrial products, environmental services, business services and consumer products.

    Prior to joining Ernst and Young, Brian was an executive at several customer strategy and technology consulting firms, including Inforte, eLoyalty and TopRight. In leadership roles, Brian worked with clients to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability through the transformation of their customer facing operations.

    Before his career in consulting Brian worked at Waste Management, Inc. for seven years in various positions including internal audit, finance and litigation support.  Brian’s experience in financial accounting and operational consulting provided the foundation for his future consulting career.
