Chris is a researcher and community manager on Forrester’s data insights team. He manages syndicated and custom qualitative research projects in Forrester’s ConsumerVoices market research online community and with Forrester’s social listening solution. His research focuses on the attitudes, sentiment, and behavior of consumers across their customer experiences with businesses and with their various products and services.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to his role as a researcher, Chris was an associate consultant at C Space (formerly Communispace). During this time, he built relationships with clients while conducting research for both online and in-person research panels.

Education

Chris holds a B.A. in politics from Boston College.
