Research Focus

As vice president of research product management, Chris oversees the portfolio of offerings designed for Forrester’s technology and service provider clients. In this role, he manages Forrester’s Market Insights product and Forrester’s global reprints business. He is responsible for understanding client needs, delivering new products and enhancements, improving customer experience, and delivering commercial results.

Previous Work Experience

Chris has over 20 years of experience working with technology and service provider clients to meet their research and strategy needs. He has advised clients on technology customer dynamics, competitive differentiation, innovation opportunities, and business strategy.

Prior to his current role, Chris managed Forrester’s portfolio of evaluative research. He led the development of a newly formed center of excellence, coordinated hundreds of B2C and B2B technology evaluations annually, and oversaw all aspects of Forrester’s evaluation methodologies.

Before that, Chris served as research director on Forrester’s Application Development and Delivery team and on Forrester’s Sourcing and Vendor Management team. In these roles, he led global research teams, managed client partnerships, and represented Forrester’s research to clients and prospects. His teams covered topics such as the future of software, the future of technology services, employee experience, partner ecosystem management, digital transformation, coinnovation, and emerging technologies.

Chris has also worked as a consultant and analyst at Forrester, covering business services, business applications, technology market innovation, and business strategy.

Education

Chris received his BA, with honors, from Middlebury College and his MBA from Georgetown University.
