Chris leads a team of operations managers and data specialists who develop survey instruments, manage fielding, lead data processing, and optimize data for the Forrester Analytics platform. He also orchestrates the coordination between Forrester's US-based and India-based operations teams to ensure high-quality data at scale for the global organization. The team's work supports Forrester's Customer Experience Index, Consumer Technographics, and Business Technographics products.

Previous Work Experience

During his nearly 18-year Forrester tenure, Chris has had many roles including analytics client manager, research associate, analyst, senior analyst, data consultant, and director of Consumer Technographics. Outside of his Forrester experience, he led market insights for L.L.Bean and was a research director for a boutique market research firm based in Portland, Maine.

Education

Chris earned his BA, magna cum laude, from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, and his MA from the University of Virginia.
