Prior to joining Forrester, Dana served as a qualitative consultant at C Space (formerly Communispace), where she worked with clients to translate business objectives into meaningful research supporting customer-led product development, purchase journeys, advertising campaigns, and segmentation models.

Dana holds a B.A. in religious studies with a minor in entrepreneurial leadership studies from Tufts University.
