Darrell is a vice president in Forrester Consulting. He leads a team of consultants across the Asia Pacific region focused on supporting clients throughout their digital and customer experience transformations as well as their content marketing strategies. He has a broad background in customer experience and digital strategy, with a specialization in customer relationship management (CRM), customer service, and customer engagement strategies.

Previous Work Experience

Darrell has more than 18 years of management consultancy experience, including seven and a half years with Accenture within their UK CRM Management Consultancy practice and nearly two years as an independent consultant. He has managed and successfully delivered a number of high-profile CRM and customer experience projects for leading global companies across numerous industries, including oil and gas, financial services, communications, and high-tech.

Education

Darrell has an MBA from Cass Business School, London, where he achieved a distinction and graduated in the top 10% of his cohort. He also holds a B.Sc. in accounting and management from Cardiff University, where he graduated top of his class.
