    As leader of RSA Worldwide Sales Enablement, David  O’Connell has expanded his group’s offerings from simple, product-based eLearning courses to a solution selling training framework including eLearning, video, field-based reinforcement and a comprehensive onboarding program.  An integral member of the implementation team, David continues to drive adoption of RSA’s sales methodology through new hire training, manager coaching and quarterly training initiatives for RSA’s 600+ field and inside sales teams.
