David is a senior consultant on Forrester’s customer experience team. He leverages Forrester’s research to lead and deliver consulting engagements to senior-level clients across a multitude of industries. He specializes in customer experience (CX) design and measurement, combining both primary and secondary research to develop high-quality insights and recommendations for clients to elevate their CX maturity.

Previous Work Experience

David has been a consultant within Forrester’s consulting practice since 2014, starting as an associate consultant. Prior to joining Forrester’s consulting practice, he was a senior research associate on Forrester's application development and delivery team, where he worked with Forrester analysts researching how big data, predictive analytics, and other emerging technologies advance customer insights and enable organizations to deliver highly personalized customer experiences.

Prior to joining Forrester, David worked with Honeywell's product and marketing management team, where he helped lead market share and competitive intelligence initiatives across multiple product lines.

Education

David holds a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from the University of Richmond.
