Prior to joining Forrester, David held various roles in strategy and consulting and was most recently leading global strategy engagements with large financial services and consumer packaged goods enterprises for the competitive intelligence consulting firm Fuld + Company. David has also been a part of Oliver Wyman’s retail and business banking practice, where he worked on behalf of constituents across the payments value chain. Most notably, he led the latest edition of the largest study on the US debit card market on behalf of a major card network. David's experience also includes internal strategy roles, having worked in the corporate strategy group of Citizens Bank, where he was involved in several of the highest-impact projects before and after Citizens’ IPO, which today remains the largest bank IPO in US history. One of his major accomplishments was driving the bank toward a successful partnership with a robo-advisory service, culminating in the recent launch of SpeciFi, Citizens’ automated wealth management platform.
