The IT outsourcing market in China will significantly mature as customers are getting more acquainted to the value proposition of outsourcing. Although the outsourcing provider landscape is already fragmented, future growth will attract more vendors trying to get market share. However, their addressable outsourcing market will not grow as fast as the market for traditional consulting and systems integration services. While there still will be growth in traditional outsourcing services around IT infrastructures and applications, more selective outsourcing will take the form of as-a-service delivery.
