Duncan is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to enhance the IT Operational Data across HSBC with the aim to increase efficiency and improve decision-making. The focus is on IT Asset related information starting with Applications, Technologies, Functions and Cost. In prior roles Duncan worked for HSBC, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Brevan Howard, Cantor Fitzgerald and Henderson Global Investors as Head of IT and Head of Architecture and Change. He has been responsible for delivering significant technology and business transformations, creating new business areas, transforming others, and changing the technology. Duncan holds a PhD. in Particle Physics and an MA in Financial Economics.
