She provides research-based consulting services to business technology professionals, helping them leverage Forrester's proprietary research and expertise to meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of their stakeholders.

Elaine assists sourcing and vendor management professionals with their organizational and vendor challenges, focusing on ecosystem partnerships, strategic governance, and business-oriented outcomes.

Additionally, Elaine specializes in helping clients with their digital transformations. Her focus area is the creation of effective end-to-end business technology strategies, including integrating cloud services, innovation and design thinking, information architecture, service integration and management, workforce enablement, and employee experience.

Previous Work Experience

Elaine brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of industry sectors, covering telecommunications, financial services, oil and gas, retail, and defense. She has worked for various consultancies, including IBM, CSC, and Accenture, where she undertook a variety of roles in service management, process management, commercial negotiations, and strategic integration.

Education

After leaving school, Elaine continued her education in the British Army for eight years, where she focused on tactical operations, distributed systems management, and financial systems administration.
