Elsa helps clients understand how to protect their organizations from risk while utilizing certain emerging technologies.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to becoming a researcher, Elsa was a senior research associate on the security and risk management team. In that role, she supported research on a wide range of topics including data security tools, privacy regulation and trends, security budgets, and security services. Prior to joining Forrester, Elsa worked in supervision and regulation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Education

Elsa earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
