Prior to joining Forrester, Eric was a consultant in Accenture's digital marketing practice. In this role, he worked with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries to help them define, execute, and measure their digital marketing initiatives. Eric was also a founding member of the social business team during his time at Accenture. He led several projects on how companies can utilize social channels to complement existing marketing efforts and how social media can have an impact on key business metrics, drive engagement, and play a key role in a brand's multichannel marketing strategy. Eric's experience also includes various positions at Raytheon Company and GE Capital.

Eric holds a B.A. in business administration from Babson College and an MBA from Northeastern University with a focus in marketing.
