Eric is a principal consultant and manager in Forrester’s marketing and strategy consulting practice. He works with marketing, CX, eCommerce, digital, and technology leaders across a variety of industries to help them develop strategies to better win, serve, and retain profitable customers. Working alongside some the world’s largest organizations, Eric has provided guidance and support to clients across a number of disciplines that are top of mind to global firms looking to advance their business strategy and stay relevant in today’s complex world. Eric helps clients navigate the evolving marketing and digital landscape to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Eric was a strategy consultant in Accenture’s digital marketing practice. In this role, he worked with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries to help them define, execute, and measure their digital marketing initiatives. During his tenure at Accenture, Eric provided strategic and tactical guidance focused on helping clients understand the power of digital and how organizations must evolve in order to serve the demanding needs of their customers, prospects, and employees.

Throughout his career as a consultant, Eric has led several high-profile engagements that have had immediate, long-lasting, and measurable financial results. He has delivered consulting engagements for companies such as Nestlé, Bank of America, Adidas, Wells Fargo, Dicks Sporting Goods, Prudential, AstraZeneca, DuPont, USAA, Marriott, ConAgra, and Panasonic. Eric is also a recognized thought leader in his domain, presenting at several top industry conferences and contributing as a subject matter expert in various research and publications.

Eric's experience also includes various positions at Raytheon Company and GE Capital.

Eric holds a B.A. in business administration from Babson College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
