Sr Consultant

Faram is a senior consultant within the Business Technology Strategy consulting practice. He has more than 12 years of management consulting experience leading technology-centered initiatives, including refinement strategy, end-to-end model redesign, and the management of complex technology projects for global organizations.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Faram was an associate director for CIO advisory at KPMG. Prior to KPMG, he spent 10 years across multiple roles in Ernst & Young’s IT advisory practice. He led end-to-end, enterprisewide, business-driven IT transformations for multinational organizations (with assets of more than $25 billion), significantly improving business performance. He collaborated with cross-functional teams to design technology solutions that addressed the issue of rapidly changing consumer behavior and the proliferation of multichannel touchpoints. 

Faram represented the CIO advisory practices on KPMG’s IT Advisory Planning Committee, which was responsible for planning its Vision 2020, improving operating results, and expanding its delivery footprint across new geographies. He also mentored 17 cross-functional consultants, offering concise advice and motivating them to learn and grow, while contributing to the firm’s mission.

Education

Faram holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Mumbai, India. He is a Scrum Certified Product Owner & Master and a Certified CMS Hardware & Network Specialist.
