Fiona is a consultant serving Customer Experience Professionals. She manages consulting projects and applies Forrester's research and methodologies to support client projects in the customer experience domain.
Fiona's customer experience engagements span various industries, including transportation, telecommunications, and insurance. Prior to this role, she conducted research for Forrester's Technology Industry client group and worked closely with clients from the Forrester Leadership Boards. Fiona joined Forrester in 2010 after interning abroad with ProTec in Palaiseau, France, and Method and EMAP Advertising in London.
Fiona graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., with honors in French literature and cultural anthropology.
