The Forrester Analytics Consumer Technographics Europe Survey, 2021, was fielded from April 2021 through June 2021. This online survey included 2,003 respondents in the UK, 2,110 respondents in France, 2,001 respondents in Germany, 2,060 respondents in Spain, 2,031 respondents in Italy, 2,002 respondents in the Netherlands, and 1,542 respondents in Sweden between the ages of 16 and 84. For results based on a randomly chosen sample of this size, there is 95% confidence that the results have a statistical precision of plus or minus 2.5% of what they would be if the entire population of Swedish online adults had been surveyed; plus or minus 2.2% of what they would be if the entire population of UK, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch online adults had been surveyed; and 2.1% of what they would be if the entire population of French online adults had been surveyed.

Forrester weighted the data by age and gender to demographically represent the UK, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Swedish online adult populations. The survey sample size, when weighted, was 2,001 in the UK, 2,108 in France, 2,001 in Germany, 2,060 in Spain, 2,029 in Italy, 1,998 in the Netherlands, and 1,542 in Sweden. (Note: Weighted sample sizes can be different from the actual number of respondents to account for individuals generally underrepresented in online panels.) The programming language herein reflects the survey respondent base for each question. Bases for specific questions have been changed in published data for increased clarity. Therefore, the base in published data may not match the base language in this document. Dynata fielded this survey on behalf of Forrester.
