Previous Work Experience

Before joining Forrester in 1998, Frank consulted on business process re-engineering for the insurance industry and worked on supply chain quality at General Motors. His 30 years of work experience includes exposure to banking, finance, insurance, manufacturing, public works, professional services, food service, and photography. Frank is routinely quoted in leading media outlets, such as AFP, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek, CBC, Forbes, Fortune, NPR, Marketplace, Mashable, On Point with Tom Ashbrook, Reuters, TechCrunch, The Economist, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Frank has presented at many events including SxSW, Interop, Strata Online, and Forrester Forums in the US, Europe, and India.

Education

Frank earned master's degrees from the MIT Sloan School of Management and the MIT Technology and Policy Program. He graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and a second major in international relations. Frank has lived in Massachusetts, Ohio, North Carolina, California, England, and Puerto Rico, where he learned to speak Spanish. He has traveled to more than 20 countries.
