As a data insights manager, Graham is responsible for helping Forrester's clients understand technology adoption trends, buyer behavior, and customer journey information for purchases of technology products and services. Working primarily with Forrester’s quantitative data sets, Graham creates unique views to support customer-obsessed client initiatives and challenge conventional thinking.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Graham served as a qualitative consultant at C Space, where he worked with clients to translate business objectives into meaningful research and insights supporting customer-led product development, purchase journeys, advertising campaigns, and segmentation models.

Education

Graham holds a B.A. in economics and policy studies from Rice University.
