Hannah is a senior consultant who focuses on digital and customer experience transformation. She primarily supports organizations with changes to their customer offerings due to digital and the resulting operational impact. Her areas of expertise include integrating digital experience into customer experiences, digital and omnichannel functionality reviews, and digital and customer capability maturity assessments.

Previous Work Experience

Hannah has nearly 10 years of experience delivering strategic projects that develop long-term omnichannel customer experience road maps and the operating models these strategies dictate. This has included multichannel strategy development, online merchandising, retail and customer service user experience/user journey development, multichannel capability assessments, contact center optimization, eCommerce, and customer portal functional design and delivery. 

Hannah’s industry focus is on retail, both business to consumer and business to business; however, she has also worked across utilities, financial services, media, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and the nonprofit sector. 

Education

Hannah holds a B.A. with honors in management studies from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master.
