Previous Work Experience

Hannah has more than seven years of experience delivering strategic projects that develop long-term omnichannel customer experience road maps as well as the operating models that these strategies dictate. This has included multichannel strategy development; online merchandising; retail and customer service user experience/user journey development; multichannel capability assessment; contact center optimization; eCommerce; and customer portal functional design and delivery.

While Hannah focuses on retail within the B2C space, she has also worked within utilities, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector.

Education

Hannah holds a B.A. with honors in management studies from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master.
