Eleven percent of Dutch Net users also research mortgages online. Simple and familiar products are best-suited for online distribution, and self-directed, confident, and experienced customers are the most likely to research and buy online. Dutch eBusiness professionals should apply proven tactics to increase researching and buying on their sites, like designing sites with customers' goals in mind, offering interactive help, and following up with customers who abandon online applications.
