Huard leads Forrester Consulting’s financial services practice. His background includes work in banking, credit and lending, investing and wealth management, and insurance. Huard’s consulting experience ranges from customer experience, marketing, and sales and service strategies and execution to strategies for enabling the business technologies and operations needed to support the business.

Previous Work Experience

Huard has spent the past 17 years working in marketing agencies and consultancies. He was a client partner at Merkle, leading large banking client relationships. Previously, Huard ran a boutique digital public affairs agency focused on content marketing and social media, search, and site/mobile design. 

Before that, Huard was a senior vice president at Digitas in its strategy and analysis capability, advising clients on marketing strategy from data-driven analytics; he was also head of the live channels capability. Early in his career, Huard was a principal in the management consulting firm CSC Index and a senior engineer at General Dynamics.

Education

Huard holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.S. and an M.S. in aerospace engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
