Jake is a consultant in Forrester’s business technology consulting practice. He works with technology leaders to shape their thinking around cybersecurity, governance, analytics, and emergent technologies. Jake’s assessments have provided actionable insights to senior US policy makers, and his financial perceptions have been featured in The Economist magazine.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester Research, Jake worked as an intelligence analyst at Ntrepid Corporation, consulting for the US Intelligence Community. He developed novel influence analytic and cybersecurity methodologies on classified contracts. Jake also contributed to software development strategy, strategic positioning, people analytics, and UX design working as a project manager. He has over five years of experience with classified programs and top secret cybersecurity applications.​

Jake also worked at National Defense University’s Institute for National Strategic Studies, where he researched national energy policy.​

Education

Jake obtained an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. Jake holds a PMP certification.
