Previous Work Experience

Before joining Forrester, Jen was the CMO of a five-concept hospitality company with $1.4 billion in revenue; the organization successfully turned around brands in declining categories through relentless focus on customer experience. Her team’s work has been profiled on the cover of Direct Magazine and on the NBC Nightly News.

Her experience includes two acquisitions, one exit, and an early-stage company that failed to launch. These experiences inform a seasoned perspective on how to lead and excel in ambiguous environments through inspiring and implementing customer-obsessed strategies for growth.

Education

Jen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Jen is active with The Miami Initiative for Advancing, Mentoring and Investing in Women. She is a graduate of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center Accelerator program and a member of The CMO Club, having served as past president of the Denver and Nashville chapters and as national membership chair; she also assisted in the design of The Future CMO Club.
