She developed and oversaw the engagement program for a large and diverse portfolio of accounts, working to understand key business initiatives and maximize the value of the Forrester partnership. Prior to joining Forrester, Jessica worked as a marketing manager in the sports and fitness industry, where she managed nationwide fitness programs and marketed large-scale global race events.

Jessica received her B.A. in biology and marine science from Boston University.
