Justin serves Customer Insights Professionals, leveraging intelligence from Forrester's proprietary research to drive informed, quantifiable marketing, strategy, and technology decisions. Prior to joining Forrester, Justin was the director of strategy and insights at Quaero, a customer engagement and technology management firm. Justin's roles included providing strategy consulting to Quaero's primary clients, as well as managing a team of analytic consultants and data scientists.

Previous Work Experience

Previously, Justin was the director of strategy and analytics at Harte Hanks, where he was the senior consulting sponsor for major brands in the retail and CPG industries. In addition to holding critical consulting roles and leading strategy and analytics groups, Justin has held senior analytic positions in the automotive and education industries, specializing in CI and marketing strategy.

Justin has had the privilege of supporting a broad spectrum of successful clients and household brands over the years, including Carmax, Hasbro, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Kaplan University, Keurig Green Mountain, Allergan, Jaguar/Land Rover, and Nine West.

Education

Justin holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado.
