Kathleen is a senior consultant supporting organizations in developing customer experience strategies. She supports clients who are engaging with Forrester for advisory and project work focused primarily on customer-centric initiatives. This includes activities such as the capture of key business issues, solution architecture, and project and resource management to ensure a streamlined experience with Forrester's analyst community.

Previous Work Experience

Kathleen joined Forrester in 2008 and has been working exclusively with Forrester's team of Customer Experience analysts and clients since 2010. She contributed to the creation of methodologies that Forrester leverages to benchmark an organization's customer experience maturity, among others, and has delivered numerous engagements with clients across industries. Prior to her current role, Kathleen also supported Forrester's eBusiness & Channel Strategy clients in a similar capacity.

Education

Kathleen has a master's degree in education from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
