    Kelly McSwain-Campbell is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of customer experience at U.S Bank. Her team works within and across lines of business, leveraging the voice of the customer to drive customer loyalty to U.S. Bank. Under her leadership, the bank has seen steady year-over-year improvement in customer experience metrics. Prior to U.S. Bank, Kelly spent 17 years in customer experience with Wachovia/Wells Fargo, overseeing the design, evolution, and management of companywide performance management systems that led to a No. 1 position in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
