VP, Sales and Channel Sales Enablement
Kevin has 15 years of experience working with customers of Verint Systems and its various technologies, including call recording, eLearning, and reporting/analytics to promote workforce optimization in the contact center. Currently, Kevin is responsible for enabling Verint's sales and channel partners in articulating the value of the Verint Impact 360 product line and helping them better understand what tools and resources are available to assist them in deals. During his 15-year career at Verint, Kevin has served as Director of Presales, Director of Solutions Marketing, and Director of Business Development, prior to taking his current role as VP of Sales and Channel Sales Enablement.
Kevin is a graduate of Southern College of Technology, where he received a B.S. in industrial engineering with a concentration in technical sales.
