    Lilian Tomovich is the chief experience officer at MGM Resorts International, a $9 billion global hospitality and entertainment company operating a portfolio of over 15 destination resorts brands, including Bellagio, Delano, Aria, MGM Grand, and Mandalay Bay; over 250 food and beverage outlets; 350 retail outlets; and renowned Cirque du Soleil productions. Ms. Tomovich is responsible for all marketing functions with a special focus on perfecting the guest experience through innovation, marketing technology and old-fashioned exceptional service. Prior to MGM, Ms. Tomovich was senior vice president of consumer marketing for MasterCard. She directed the “Priceless” campaign and launched the “Priceless Surprises” campaign. In her early career, Ms. Tomovich held senior marketing positions with Loyalty One, the world’s leading provider of loyalty marketing programs to global corporations. She has held numerous committee roles with the Canadian Marketing Association and is a frequent industry speaker. Her work has been recognized by numerous industry awards and she was most recently nominated for the Cojones Awards at the SXSW Interactive festival recognizing marketing change agents. Ms. Tomovich earned an M.B.A. from Wayne State University in Michigan.
