Louise is Head of Customer Experience at NAB. Louise has deep experience in financial services across sales training, marketing, customer value propositions, brand and strategy. She currently heads up a team that works across channels, products and all business units of the enterprise to engage the business in the benefits of the customer-centred thinking and design. The team is key in the transformation of NAB becoming a truly customer-centric organisation that does the right thing by its customers and its people, because that’s how it will be a sustainable business. Her desire is to build NAB’s reputation as the bank that understands and manages customer experience design better than anyone else.
