Research Focus

Lynne leads Forrester's B2C Marketing consulting practice. She is a global marketing leader with experience in developing strategies for both B2C and B2B companies that build brands, increase marketing effectiveness, and drive profitable growth. She specializes in helping clients understand and engage empowered customers across the customer life cycle and optimize their marketing mix across digital and traditional channels.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Lynne served as senior director of client and brand strategy at Vistaprint. In this role, she helped lead the company's transformation to more customer-centric marketing efforts and established a new global brand team. Before Vistaprint, Lynne spent the majority of her career in management consulting at The Oliver Wyman Group, most recently as a partner at Lippincott, the firm's brand consultancy. She began her marketing career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

Education

Lynne holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in psychology and social relations from Harvard University.
