In this role, she works closely with Forrester analysts and research directors to oversee and refine the evaluation methodology for B2C digital experience research projects. Following the evaluation methodology, she assesses the digital experiences that companies provide to their consumers. She’s based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to her role as researcher, Madeline was a senior research associate on the application development and delivery team. In that role, Madeline contributed to research covering content and collaboration technology, chatbots, and video technologies.

Madeline holds a BA in sociology and business studies from New York University.
