Mark is a principal analyst on Forrester's CIO team. He focuses on human capital management (HCM), including core HR and payroll; time and attendance; workforce planning; recruiting and onboarding; performance management; talent development and learning; succession planning; people analytics; and total rewards (compensation, benefits, and well-being). He also participates in and contributes to employee experience, ERP, analytics, and HR service delivery research, including the future of work, cloud/SaaS deployment models, and HCM solution integration and extensibility.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Mark worked for SAP as part of the SAP SuccessFactors product leadership team. As SVP of product and solution marketing, he was responsible for the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution of SAP's SuccessFactors HCM suite; cloud platform tools and technology; industry GTM strategy; and initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, well-being at work, and employee experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and the SAP Intelligent Enterprise. During his career at SAP, he held several leadership positions in HCM product marketing and solution management.

Mark holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
