Prior to joining Forrester, Mark was a training manager at AM Technologies out of Watertown, Mass., responsible for a team that managed implementation, end user training, and customization of speech recognition software for medical professionals.

Mark has had the privilege of leading successful market research projects and creating effective marketing deliverables for dozens of notable tech vendors across verticals, including Google, HP, IBM, Oracle, Dell, and others.

Mark holds a B.S. in business administration with a dual concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
